Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Your Google account name and email address (from Sign in with Google; we never see a password), the room photos you upload, the renders we generate for you, your subscription status, and standard technical logs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
2. How your photos are used
Photos are used for one purpose: generating your redesigns. To generate a render, your photo is sent to OpenAI's image API, our AI provider, which processes it to produce the redesign. Under the API terms we use, OpenAI does not use this content to train its models. Photos are never shared with other users beyond the public render pages described below, and never used for advertising.
Public renders on the free plan: renders you create on the free plan, together with the room photo they were generated from, are published on a public page with a permanent link, carry our watermark, and may be featured in our public gallery. We tell you this at the moment you upload. You can delete any render from your dashboard or its page at any time; deletion immediately removes the public page and its images, and the old link stops working. Renders on paid plans are private by default and are published only if you choose to share them.
3. Where data lives
Photos and renders are stored in private cloud object storage, and account data lives in our application database, both with established cloud providers. Uploading a new room photo replaces the previous one, and your dashboard keeps your last 10 renders.
4. Cookies and analytics
The app uses one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics across the site, including the signed-in app, to understand visits and how the product is used. Signed-in activity is identified by a random account number, never by your name or email, and your photos and renders are never part of analytics data. If you arrive from an ad, we store the ad's click reference in a first-party cookie for 90 days; if you later sign up or subscribe, we report that conversion to Google Analytics and Google Ads from our servers to measure advertising. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, all of the above stays off unless you accept it in the cookie bar (declining is one click, same size button); your choice is stored in a single first-party cookie for 12 months.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: OpenAI (AI generation), Stripe (billing), Google (sign-in and analytics), and our cloud storage, content delivery, and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data. A current list of processors is available on request via the contact below.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data. Email [email protected] from your account address and we will delete your account, photos, and renders. EU/EEA residents additionally have GDPR rights to portability, restriction, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
7. Retention and changes
We keep your data while your account exists and delete it on request. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date. Data controller: UAB TRANSERTA, Gelių g. 18, LT-91211 Klaipėda, Lithuania (company reg. no. 141929931); contact [email protected].
