Terms of Service

1. The service
roomdesignai.org ("RoomDesignAI", "we", "us") is operated by UAB TRANSERTA, Gelių g. 18, LT-91211 Klaipėda, Lithuania (company reg. no. 141929931, VAT LT100005344415). RoomDesignAI generates AI redesigns of room photos. You upload a photo, pick a style, and receive an AI-generated image. Results are creative suggestions, not architectural, structural, or professional interior design advice. AI output varies: renders can contain artifacts or inaccuracies, and the same request can produce different results.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free preview allowance applies per person; creating accounts to collect additional free credits is not permitted.
3. Free plan
Free accounts receive 3 free render credits per calendar day; unused credits do not carry over. Free renders carry a visible watermark and remain watermarked; paid plans apply to renders generated after subscribing.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, with a monthly credit allowance (one render costs one credit) that resets each billing month and does not roll over. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may change prices or plan features with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
5. No refunds
Purchases are not refundable. AI image generation incurs computing costs immediately, and the free preview lets you evaluate the service on your own room before paying.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom: by subscribing you expressly request that the service begin immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived, including remedies for defective services.
Starter plan 7-day guarantee. As an exception to the no-refund policy above: if the Starter plan is your first subscription with us, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of purchase by replying to your receipt email. The guarantee applies once per customer, covers only the first billing period of the Starter plan, and does not apply to renewals, plan changes, or the Pro and Studio plans. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you retain under applicable law.
6. Your photos and renders
Your photos remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your photo and sending it to our AI provider to generate your renders. We do not publish your photos or renders, use them in marketing, or share them with other users. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You may use your renders for personal purposes on the free tier and the Starter plan. Commercial use (real estate listings, client work, marketing) requires a Pro or Studio plan. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
7. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or images of identifiable people without their consent, attempt to circumvent render limits or watermarks, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Gallery images
Images in our public gallery are AI-generated by us and published under CC BY 4.0: free to reuse with a link back to roomdesignai.org. This license covers gallery images only, never customer photos or renders.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
