Terms of Service

1. The service
roomdesignai.org ("RoomDesignAI", "we", "us") is operated by UAB TRANSERTA, Gelių g. 18, LT-91211 Klaipėda, Lithuania (company reg. no. 141929931, VAT LT100005344415). RoomDesignAI generates AI redesigns of room photos. You upload a photo, pick a style, and receive an AI-generated image. Results are creative suggestions, not architectural, structural, or professional interior design advice. AI output varies: renders can contain artifacts or inaccuracies, and the same request can produce different results.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account or a sign-in link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account. Without credits, an account can make 1 free design on Interior Design, Exterior Design or Garden Design. Free designs are public: each has its own page, and we may show it on our site. Their downloads carry our badge. Designs made with credits are private and download without it. The free design is per person: creating accounts to collect more is not permitted.
3. Credit packs and payment
Credits are sold in packs, each a one-time payment through Stripe: 20 credits for $7, 100 credits for $19, and 500 credits for $49. Nothing renews and there is no subscription. One design costs one credit and a video costs 10; a design or video that fails is refunded to your credits. Credits last 12 months from your most recent purchase: a new pack carries the credits you have left forward, and the whole balance then lasts 12 months from that purchase. Credits still unused at the end lapse. Every pack opens every tool. Plans and passes sold before October 12, 2026 keep the allowance, tools and terms they were sold with until they end. We may change pack prices or contents for future purchases; credits you already hold keep their terms.
4. Refunds
Credit packs are not refundable: the credits are delivered to your account the moment you pay, and AI image generation incurs computing costs the moment a design is made. Try the free design first to see what the service makes from your photo.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom: by buying a pack you expressly request that the service begin immediately, and you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the credits are delivered to your account. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived, including remedies for defective services.
5. Commercial use
Designs made with credits include a commercial license: you may use them for client work, property listings, and marketing. Free designs are for personal use. Plans sold before October 12, 2026 keep the license they were sold with.
6. Your photos and renders
Your photos remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your photo and sending it to our AI provider to generate your renders. Designs made with credits are private: we do not publish them or their photos, use them in marketing, or share them with other users. Free designs are public, as section 2 says. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Commercial use of your renders follows section 5.
7. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or images of identifiable people without their consent, attempt to circumvent render limits or watermarks, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Gallery images
Images in our public gallery are AI-generated by us and published under CC BY 4.0: free to reuse with a link back to roomdesignai.org. This license covers gallery images only, never customer photos or renders.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
