Can I use these designs in a listing?
Yes. Every pack includes a commercial license, so a staged photo can go straight into a listing, a brochure or a client presentation. A realtor doing many listings should look at the 500-credit Pro pack at $49.
What about MLS disclosure rules?
Disclosure rules vary by market, so check what your MLS and your board require. Designs made with credits download without a badge, so marking a photo as AI staging is your call and your responsibility.
Does it change the room itself?
No. Walls, windows, doors and the floor plan stay where they are. The furniture, the finishes and the light change, so the staged photo still shows the space a buyer will walk into.
How many listings can I do?
