Can I use these designs in a listing?
Yes, with a commercial license, which comes with Pro and Business. Standard has no commercial license, so it is for your own rooms only. Pro is $14 a month billed yearly, or $29 month to month.
What about MLS disclosure rules?
Disclosure rules vary by market, so check what your MLS and your board require. We do not add a watermark, so marking a photo as AI staging is your call and your responsibility.
Does it change the room itself?
No. Walls, windows, doors and the floor plan stay where they are. The furniture, the finishes and the light change, so the staged photo still shows the space a buyer will walk into.
How many listings can I do?
Pro gives you 1,000 designs a month and Business gives you 2,000. One credit is one design, and credits refresh every month. A busy listing takes a handful of designs, so a month covers a lot of them.
