Refund policy.

No trial and no surprises: the total you see is the total you pay. If it turns out not to be for you, the refund is one request away.

The rule

Within 14 days of your first payment, if fewer than 10 designs have been used, you can request a full refund of that payment from your account page. We answer within one business day by email. On approval the plan closes and the money returns to your card, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Outside the window

After 14 days, or once 10 or more designs are used, payments are not refundable, because every design costs computing the moment it is made. You can still cancel in one click, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Failed designs

A design that fails to render refunds its credit automatically. You never pay for a design you did not receive.

Consumers in the EU and UK

By subscribing you ask for the service to begin immediately, and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once it has, with the refund above offered in its place. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are not affected. The full terms are in Terms.
