Refund policy.

No subscription and no surprises: you pay once for a pack, the total checkout shows is the total you pay, and nothing renews.

Try it first

Your first design is free, on Interior, Exterior or Garden Design, full quality and shown in full. See what it does with your own photo before you pay anything.

Credit packs

Credits arrive in your account the moment you pay, and every design costs computing the moment it is made, so packs are not refundable. Credits last 12 months from your last purchase.

Failed designs

A design that fails to render gives its credit back automatically, and a video that fails gives back its 10. You never pay for something you did not receive.

Consumers in the EU and UK

By buying a pack you ask for the service to begin immediately, and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the credits are delivered. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are not affected. The full terms are in Terms.
